		<description>Congratulations, Julie!  I think it&#039;s wonderful that you&#039;ve been able to achieve so many of your goals and finding them helpful.  I hear you on how it can be good or bad for your health to blog, though.  It doesn&#039;t usually show up directly in my physical health, but usually, I have to watch my stress levels.  My blog can be a place of healing, but not if I&#039;m absorbing stress about updating and writing perfectly.

I also tend to have strong feelings on issues and need to watch those reactions before they become too intense and increase stress, which in my case can throw me into a flare.

Thanks for such a great thought-provoking post!
