As you know, Katherine's father died of pancreatic cancer 14 years ago, so I lost my husband, and the suffering was so hard to bear. Yet, pain is a clarifier, and suffering is a part of life. Even in the birth pangs, we can celebrate life, even the hard days. Love to you, dear one. And a belated Happy Birthday, too.
