Sister Time

November 24th, 2004 · 3 Comments

Some mornings I go into the girls room and wake them up from sound sleep. Other mornings they wake up early on their own. When I come see how they are, they are smiling and playing with each other quietly.

“It’s Sister Time,” Abigail informed me.

One morning last week, when I went into the girls room, they told me they wanted more Sister Time.

So I went for a walk around the block. (Ted was at home).

When I returned, Abigail had changed Elisabeth’s soiled diaper.

Now that’s sisterhood!
