A few weeks ago, a beloved (and well-worn) pair of purple overalls lost a strap in the wash. When I opened the dryer, the strap fell onto the floor, detached. I guess it got twisted in some clothes and the seam tore. I figured it would be impractical to try to repair the overalls, so instead Abigail and I made plans to recycle the clothes. Last week she and I sewed the overalls into a purse.
The legs made great sleeping bags for stuffed animals.
And the purse’s adjustable overall strap allows it to be hung in unusal places such as a bunk bed ladder.

This was a REALLY cool idea. You should patent/trademark it.
