Malcolm Gladwell’s book tour in the Seattle area – POSTPONED BI DATE

January 19th, 2005 · 1 Comment

UPDATE 1/22/05: Malcolm Gladwell’s stop on Bainbridge Island tomorrow has been postponed until March 7. I saw this in an island paper last night. When I called the bookstore this morning they didn’t know why. I don’t know whether other Seattle-area dates this week are also postponed. Calling ahead to check before going to the event this afternoon or the U of Washington stop on Wednesday might be a good idea.

New Yorker writer and author ( The Tipping Point) Malcolm Gladwell will be in the Seattle area this weekend promoting his new book Blink. His book tour page on his website states he will be at Elliot Bay Book Co. in Seattle Saturday January 22 at 4 pm. What the site doesn’t mention but my island paper does, is his stop at Eagle Harbor Books on Bainbridge Island Sunday January 23 at 3 pm. Ted and I already had some plans with our family this weekend, but perhaps one of us will be able to go. If anyone is thinking of coming over to the island to see Malcolm Gladwell Sunday please let us know. Maybe there will be opportunity to talk to him about personality tests or ketchup
