on the BBC late last night was about the discovery of “mad cow” disease in Washington state, the U.S.’s first case…
and I’ve got a prime rib in the fridge that I bought yesterday for Christmas dinner!
A rare splurge, on sale, and one of the only times this year that I haven’t paid a little extra to buy an organic smaller-farm brand….not sure what to do – don’t want to waste the meat, and it’s said that it is still “safe” but I’ve lost my appetite a bit….
