JulieLeung.com: a life told in tidepools

Last year I described the annual island ritual involving the fire truck, lights and holiday music. This year Ted caught a picture of it. Again the schedule is on the fire department web site although harder to find this time (“news and events”) and without a helpful map. I’m glad we were able to see it even though I had forgotten about it, with the other busyness in our lives this season. We happened to hear the horn and ran to the door. The girls always enjoy it. Somehow standing barefoot on the concrete porch on a cold December day is fun… if you are greeting the holiday fire truck…
