Frogs

Two recent stories in Friday’s Seattle Times about frogs:
Cannibalistic Cuban tree frogs invading Florida


As poison frogs go, you are what you eat …

Now, our tree frogs are neither cannibals nor invaders. We are quite fond of the little green fellas, even if they do hop inside the house …. It’s fun to find them in the garden where they sun themselves on leaves, or sometimes on the siding.

While looking through our digital picture collection, I found a favorite picture we (I think Ted) took a couple summers ago, when we had some teddy bear sunflowers in our garden, the perfect perches for frogs…:
